Blind And Don’t Know It
“….Knowest, not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind and naked”.
Can you imagine all this and you don’t even know it! In this dispensation it is unquestionable that spiritual blindness is covering a people just like the spirit of physical blindness covered those of Sodom and Gomorrah. This is a day of the blind leading the blind!
There are those who are completely void of any moral understanding whatsoever, and why? “….The god of this world has blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ , who is the image of God should shine unto them”. Blind and void of any reasoning and don’t know it! Blind and being alienated from the life of God and don’t know it! Blind of the signs of the times!
According to Ephesians 4:18, There is a spiritual blindness that’s caused by being willfully ignorant. This blindness is deep seated within because of the hardness of the heart.
In Revelation 3:17, The spirit of blindness that was of the world had worked it’s way into the church of the Laodiceans and they did not know it. They were still having church as usual while at the same time they were blind and didn’t know it!
Presently in this day, we have those who attended church regularly and yet they are blind to righteousness. Those who are blind of any moral understanding! We have those who claim they have the baptism of the Holy Spirit and talk on tongues yet they are blind because of some religious denomination or some favorite political party.
We have those who have worked in their local churches for years yet they are void of any moral reasoning because of their favored political party and their religious denomination. The end-time bride of Christ is not called to sit silently idol while government leaders pass laws to exploit our children!
Here in Revelation 3, John was writing to the seventh Angel of the seventh church. This was the last church being addressed which was the church of the Laodiceans. One of the things he boldly addressed was the blindness that was upon them and how they knew it not. The same spirit that had made its way into that last church is running prevalent in today’s world systems.
Today this same strong spirit of blindness will cause one to kill another thinking they are doing God service. (John 16:2).
Today this blindness continues to have its strong hold in religion and both national and world governments. The god of this world making his seat in world systems such as religious and government systems. Since Satan cannot create, he can only take what God has already created and pervert it.
The only guarantee to remain free from the influence of this dark spiritual blindness is to follow the same prescribed council given by God in Rev 3:18.
Keep Your Eyes Anointed With Eye-Salve! It’s up to each individual to keep a continuance of ongoing healing to their eyesight! An ongoing spiritual healing to your spiritual eyesight! It’s of upmost importance to Keep the Word of God Before You, Along With A Willing Heart And Not Hardness of The Heart! Ask God to remove any and all bitterness, envy, malice and hardness of the heart!
1 John 2:10,11 Says, he that loves his brother abides in light and he that hates his brother is in darkness and walks in darkness.
Remember, This plague of subtle blindness creeps in with a strong powerful influence of deception! This blindness came into the church of the Laodiceans in a religious and glamorous way.
To anoint your eyes with eye-salve it calls for summonsing the heart to be free from all hardness of bitterness.
Prob. 4:20 My son, attend to my words, incline thine ear unto my saying s. (21) Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. (22) For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. (23) Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
John included these words spoken to him
“He that has an ear let him hear what the spirit is saying unto the churches” He also included “He that overcometh.”
Only the anointed elect seed of God will not be snared by this powerful plague of end-time spiritual blindness! We will come to visions and revelations!
With our eyes anointed with eye-salve, we will continue to look beyond the temporal veil of carnality! With our eyes anointed with eye-salve we continue looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith! We will not be ignorantly blinded to Satan’s devices!
With our eyes anointed with eye-salve, our eyes are healed from fear, doubt and unbelief! With the eyes of our understanding being enlightened, we now take our position in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
